Feyas fabricates process equipment outside its standard product families in accordance with defined requirements or supplied designs. Equipment duty, capacity, product behaviour, material requirements and mechanical interfaces with the existing plant are the principal design inputs.
Equipment such as mixers, jet-pulse filters, crushers and mills, cyclones, vibratory screens and screw conveyors is addressed according to its duty in the process line and its site connections.

Equipment capacity and the particle structure, density, moisture content and flow behaviour of the feed material are evaluated together with contact-surface materials, wear conditions, maintenance access and plant connections. Dimensions and interfaces are verified for supplied designs; for new designs, duty and operating conditions are converted into engineering inputs.

Work begins by defining the equipment duty, capacity, product properties and site constraints. Dimensions, materials and fabrication methods are determined with consideration for mechanical loads, wear, cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Inlets, outlets, supports and moving-equipment interfaces connecting to the existing line are verified. Inspection steps and delivery documents are prepared according to the fabrication scope.
